Casa Silva Winery has the oldest cellar in the Colchagua Valley. However, under its historical and traditional facade, one of the most modern wineries in Chile is hidden. Located among the centenary vineyards of the Angostura estate, it has state-of-the-art technology, different barrel rooms with perfect conditions for wine storage and a sector specially equipped for small vinifications. Inside you will also find historic underground tunnels, as well as a beautiful collection of vintage cars. It is open all year round for visits and wine tastings.
The Colchagua Valley is located in the O'higgins Region, in the center of Chile, and is a pioneer in the promotion of the denomination of origin and the first to create its own 'Wine Route'. Located in the cradle of their traditions, the Colchagua Valley is recognized for the production of premium wines and has been the most awarded Valley in international competitions in recent years. In general terms, the Colchagua Valley has a pre-Andean sector with influences from the Andes, a central sector or plain, and a coastal sector with predominant influences from the Pacific Ocean.
Recently refurbished, the Hotel Boutique Casa Silva is located in the original family house, with more than 100 years old, right next to the winery of the vineyard. After hosting four generations of the Silva family, the Hotel Casa Silva has a Colonial architecture and has been delicately decorated, becoming the ideal place to learn more about the wine culture, traditions and tranquility of the Chilean countryside. Its comfortable rooms are perfect to rest and enjoy a romantic atmosphere throughout the year.
The restaurant is located in the Club House of Polo, Rodeo and Equitation Casa Silva, in the interior of the Angostura field. Surrounded by vineyards, receives everyone with a spectacular view of the Andes Mountains and the polo field. With an attractive menu based on Chilean cuisine and grill, it offers the best cuts of meat and fish from the area, fresh fruits and vegetables from small producers and specially selected ingredients within the Colchagua Valley. Casa Silva Winery restaurant offers preparations full of flavor of the Chilean countryside that have been specially designed to pair with their best wines.
