Bao Mamba is a signature Asian bistro that is distinguished by its focus on seasonal Chilean ingredients, combined with the flavors and culinary techniques of the East. Under the leadership of the owner and Chef Cesar Sierra, recognized for his outstanding work in prestigious Chilean restaurants such as Verso Hotel and Restaurant in Valparaiso, as well as European, among others. His experience in Europe allowed him to immerse himself in diverse cultures around the world, an influence that is now reflected in the diversity of his menu.
Bao Mamba is strategically located in the heart of Providencia, in a privileged environment: a charming English-style pedestrian promenade known as Barrio Holley. The proximity to metro stations, cycle paths, underground parking lots and main roads makes access easier for our clients.
Our menu, although select, offers a wide variety of options, from fresh fish and seafood to meats prepared with various techniques and cooking. We highlight the special internal production of doughs, ferments and smoked products, which provide a distinctive touch to our creations.
The experience at is based on providing high-quality service in a casual and welcoming atmosphere. We complement our proposal with two additional protagonists: a careful selection of more than 15 wine labels from national producers, and an attractive signature cocktail bar that fuses Asian and classic elements.
