Miraolas

Seafood

They have the best Urchins of Santiago, of those that are served with onion and parsley. You can also bet, for sure, on the Oysters and Gambas in gabardine. A real pleasure.
So good is this simple and cozy place El Manio walk whose cuisine, Basque influence, focuses on seafood and fish. In fact, the last time Julio Iglesias passed through Chile was at Miraolas.
That ate? It is not known, but the alternatives were several, starting with the hedgehogs. Later he could have dared with the Sole, of excellent flavor. The eels are also an option or the Ostiones a la parmesana. Anyway, everything here is rich and well loaded with garlic and olive oil.
