We are a group of butchers and cooks (with experience in the best butcher shops around the world, such as Victor Churchill, Syd, Aus) we are looking for rescue the animal and show all the gastronomic value of each one of their cuts, making tasty, casual and accessible preparations! In order to bring good meat to everyone! We want to defend and teach about the consumption of good meat. Show all the nutritional value and how fundamental it is for the environment maintain livestock activity, especially taking areas such as southern Chile, where the geographical characteristics and climatic conditions make the management of this activity ideal!!
