Description

This experience rescues the essence of a family home with a beautiful garden. You will find yourself with the possibility of knowing the secrets of a true chilean barbecue by the fire. You will try different cuts of premium meat accompanied by an exquisite reserve wine. As a starter, you can see how it is prepared and enjoy a typical pine empanada with a glass of pisco sour. You will learn the secrets of the grill, starting with lighting the fire, the charcoal point, the different cuts and cooking points and salting the meat. We will accompany everything with a Chilean-style salad and finish with a mote con huesillos dessert.
