We will begin our exciting adventure heading towards the Licancabur viewpoint, located east of San Pedro de Atacama, in the direction of the majestic Andes Mountains. Here, we will enjoy a delicious breakfast, subject to weather conditions; if necessary, we will stop at the next stop, the Quepiaco River wetland. At this point, marveling at the contrast between the lush vegetation and the imposing mountain range, we will have the opportunity to enjoy our breakfast. Following our route, we will head towards the Pacana viewpoint, where we will contemplate impressive views, and then visit the Pacana monks, gigantic stone pillars that emerge solitary in the middle of the desert. Next, we will enter the Quisquiro salt flat, located at an altitude of more than 4,000 meters above sea level. Here, we will have time to rest and enjoy the surroundings. As a final touch, we will explore the fascinating Salar de Aguas Calientes, known for its waters of varied tones, as we return to San Pedro de Atacama.
