Description
We will pick you up at your hotel to begin the journey to the starting point of the navigation through the Strait of Magellan, with the objective of reaching the island of Tierra del Fuego. Once there, we will head to the King Penguin Natural Reserve, located in the Inútil Bay. There you will be welcomed by local guides, who will provide you with detailed instructions about the visit to the reserve and relevant information about this impressive penguin species, the second largest in the world. The observation will be carried out from designated points, maintaining a distance of approximately 50 meters and respecting absolute silence so as not to disturb the animals. After the observation and a tour along the marked trails, which will last approximately one hour, we will return to the vehicle to continue our journey through Tierra del Fuego. Depending on how the day's itinerary is organized, you will have the opportunity to visit the town of Porvenir, take a brief tour of the area and enjoy lunch. We will also stop at Estancia San Gregorio, either on the outbound or return trip. This estancia, built from 1878, retains some of its original facilities, although now abandoned.Includes
