BBQ Santabrasa was born under the vision of a family with gastronomic taste that was able to raise the category of meat to the embers, complementing them with simple products of the highest quality.
With 11 gastronomic operations located in trade and entertainment centers, Santabrasa is the largest chain of Premium restaurants nationwide. Its beginnings go back to the year 2003, where they inaugurate what we know today as Casa Santabrasa, located in the exclusive sector of Alonso de Cordova.
After the success and the growing demand for this type of products, given the experience given to its customers, in 2004 the second House located in Con Con, V Region was built, to later give way in 2006 to its first appearance in retail with Mall Parque Arauco.
From then on, Alimentos San Martin, creators and operators of the brand, has been concerned with increasing the number of positions under a strategy that takes care above all the image and quality provided in their homes, having today a presence in Casino Monticello , Vina del Mar Casino, Coquimbo Casino, Alto Las Condes Mall, Costanera Center Mall, Plaza Egaña Mall, Mall Plaza Los Dominicos and soon Santiago Airport.
