Bar Liguria
The Bar Liguria opened its doors on August 10, 1990 on Avenida Providencia 2682, right next to the traditional Monix perfumery and under the old Radio Mining. It was a small room, with no more divisions than the kitchen and the bathrooms; with a staff - among owners, chefs and waiters.
A good sample of what has always been served at Chilean tables can be found at the Liguria Bar. Traditional recipes such as casserole, lentils with sausage, noodles with meat, charquican or fried cochayuyo; prepared under a strict process of selection of ingredients and with a special techniques and with an experience that guarantees great taste. You can also choose a good selection of traditional and new style sanwiches, parmesan clams , pichanga ( mixed pickled food) or chicken pil pil ( traditional dish cooked with oil, garlic and chilli).
We have an excellent wine list, beers and spirits plus a bar tenders who create all kinds of orders from pisco sour to sangria.
