The Bar Liguria opened its doors on August 10, 1990 on Avenida Providencia 2682, right next to the traditional Monix perfumery and under the old Radio Mining. It was a small room, with no more divisions than the kitchen and the bathrooms; with a staff - among owners, chefs and garzones - that did not exceed half a dozen.
A good sample of what has always been served at Chilean tables can be found at the Liguria Bar. Traditional recipes such as casserole, lentils with sausage, baked silver, breaded pejerreyes, noodles with mechada meat, charquicán or fried cochayuyo; prepared under a strict process of selection of ingredients and a kitchen with technology, but with an experience that guarantees great taste. You can also choose a good selection of traditional and new sandwiches, machas a la parmesanas , pichanga or chicken pil pil.
