In 1928, Juan Torres Casals began distilling his wines to make brandy in the Penedès region of Spain. Eighty-four years later, Miguel Torres Maczassek took this experience to Chile, to make the winery’s first pisco. The Muscat grape variety is grown in the IV Region, in the Limarí Valley, and provides the perfect flavor for El Gobernador, Miguel Torres reserve pisco.
Miguel Torres vineyard is aimed at developing the wine tourism experience through tours and an excellent restaurant awarded the title “Best regional cuisine in Chile.” They invite you to discover the tradition of Chilean winemaking under the guidance of Miguel Torres Chile.
