To get there by car, bear in mind that the last stretch is made of gravel/land and the road is not in very good condition. If you arrive by bus, you will have to do that stretch on foot. Of course, there are also excursions that take you by minibus and leave you at the door.
As the jumps are on private property you have to pay an entrance fee of about 1500 Chilean pesos per adult. From the entrance, where there are toilets and a restaurant, you have to go down some steps (they have nets so you don't slip) to the river. There is also a viewpoint if you go up the stairs.
