Our history Restaurant Ambrosia was born in 2003 on Merced Street on a terrace behind the Casa Colorada Museum, in the Plaza de Armas. The Bazán Bañados family starts from Banquetry to Restaurants under the command of Luz Maria Bañados and her daughter Carolina Bazán, recently graduated from gastronomy school, takes charge of the kitchen.
