Our history Restaurant Ambrosia was born in 2003 on Merced Street on a terrace behind the Casa Colorada Museum, in the Plaza de Armas. The Bazán Bañados family starts from Banquetry to Restaurants under the command of Luz Maria Bañados and her daughter Carolina Bazán, recently graduated from gastronomy school, takes charge of the kitchen. The Restaurant soon stands out and establishes itself as a reference for lunch in the civic center of the capital. For almost nine years.En el año 2011 se gesta el cambio desde el Centro hacia el sector Oriente de Santiago, a calle Pamplona, en un barrio residencial y alejado del circuito gastronómico. La apuesta en el nuevo Ambrosia es entregar una experiencia de alta gastronomía en un ambiente familiar y acogedor.
