Tour our vineyard and winery, learning from an expert the wonderful journey of the grape from the vineyard to your glass. We will start by visiting our vineyard with beautiful views of the lake, learning about its management and care, with a glass of Pinwine Spritz. 2. The tour continues in the winery to learn firsthand about the winemaking process: destemming, fermentation, pressing, barrel aging and bottling. and bottling. 3. We will taste our signature wines accompanied by a cheese board and local artisanal charcuterie. 4. Finally, each visitor will fill and cork their own bottle, with a personalized label, to take home a unique and personal souvenir.
