Live an unforgettable experience flying in a hot air balloon at sunrise over one of the most breathtaking landscapes in the world. The adventure begins very early in the morning, when we pick up our passengers directly from their hotel in San Pedro de Atacama, approximately one hour before sunrise. Upon arrival at the takeoff area, you will enjoy coffee, tea, and croissants while watching the exciting balloon inflation process up close. Before takeoff, the pilot will conduct a safety briefing, explaining every detail of the flight. Then comes the most anticipated moment: gently rising into the desert skies. The flight lasts approximately 45 minutes to 1 hour, depending on weather conditions. From the air, you will enjoy unique panoramic views of the town of San Pedro de Atacama, the Ayllus, the Andes Mountains, the Cordillera de la Sal, the Moon Valley, the Domeyko Range, and the Atacama Salt Flat with its lagoons, all illuminated by the first rays of the sun. After landing, you will be welcomed with a sparkling wine toast and appetizers, celebrating this one-of-a-kind experience. The total duration of the activity is approximately 3.5 hours, including transfers, preparation, and the flight. The service includes hotel pick-up and drop-off. During the activity, passengers will enjoy two refreshment tables. The first table is available before boarding the balloon and includes freshly brewed ground coffee, a selection of teas, croissants, alfajores, fruit, and jams. The second table is enjoyed after the balloon lands and includes a sandwich, fruit, a cheese board, nuts, and a sparkling wine toast. Both tables include bottled water. A flight certificate and photos taken with a 360° camera during the flight are also included.
