Get ready for an adrenaline-packed nature experience with rafting on the Trancura Alto River, one of the most challenging and exciting activities in Pucón. This stretch of the river is known for its Class IV rapids and stunning mountain scenery, combining the power of the water with the beauty of southern Chile's natural environment. The adventure begins at the rafting base, where you'll meet your expert guides, get a safety briefing, and receive all the technical gear: a wetsuit and jacket, helmet, paddle, and life jacket. Then, a transport will take you to the starting point of the tour in the upper sector of the Trancura River. Before you hit the water, your guides will teach you basic paddling and rescue maneuvers. Once you're ready, you'll start the adrenaline rush by descending a series of intense rapids, including some of the most famous in Chile: Cascada el Chucho, La Garganta del Diablo, and El Salto El Feo. The journey continues with La Última Sonrisa, the longest and most challenging rapid in the Upper Trancura, which combines power, waves, and turns that will keep your heart beating at full speed until the end of the tour. For about an hour in the water, you'll have an intense, safe experience guided by certified instructors with extensive experience in rescue and professional rafting. The whole activity lasts 3 hours, including prep, transfers, and the return to base. At the end, you can share with the group, enjoy the natural surroundings, and relive the thrill of having conquered one of the most legendary rafting rivers in Chile.
