A Taco is a tortilla filled with almost everything imaginable, prepared in various ways and served with different sauces.
In Mexico the traditional way of eating them is to do so standing up, holding them with one hand and eating them is a ritual: bring the cue to your mouth using only your thumb and first three fingers; with the second and third digits above; thumb and fourth finger below. The first two have the function of keeping the cue wrapped, the other two to maintain the balance. - Bend slightly forward when bringing the taco to your mouth to prevent the filling from spilling out of one of the ends. Still, maybe after one or two bites it will start to come out from the opposite end. Don't be discouraged. Remedy the situation by lifting the “tail” of the taco, if that fails, bite the end from which the filling is coming out.
