Our gastronomic team together with our winemaker, Alberto Guolo, work to achieve a perfect harmony between our wines and each of the dishes prepared, incorporating fish and seafood, meats and pastas. Achieving a cuisine full of flavors and textures that highlight all the goodness of our wines.
