Description
Your tour begins with a private hotel pick-up on Easter Island. Explore the archaeological sites near the Rano Kau volcano crater and learn about the Birdman legend at the O'rongo ceremonial village.
Visit Ahu Akivi, restored in 1960, where seven standing Moai statues face the setting sun in the island’s center. Then, see Ahu Tongariki, the largest site featuring 15 standing Moai.
Continue to Rano Raraku Quarry to learn how the Moai statues were carved. The tour ends at Anakena Beach, known for its turquoise waters where you can relax. You may spend as much time as you want at each location.
Lunch is not included, but snacks can be purchased and brought on the tour. At the end, you will be returned to your hotel.
