Le Bistrot
Chile
As the name suggests, Le Bistrot uses French cuisine influences to create traditional dishes of the upmost quality and freshness, brining you a casual and economical dining experience; a guarantee made by head chef Gaetan Eonet. In 2010, Eonet launched ‘Bistromania’, a simple proposal that encouraged the finest cooking practices and French classics to be created within a welcoming atmosphere.
The exciting menu found at Le Bistrot is a delight to the senses, centred on food rich in flavour and aroma, created out of the freshest and finest ingredients available. Like most restaurants in this part of Chile, the king crab (“centolla”) is a popular choice among both locals and visitors, and the menu also features other culinary delights; oysters and trout with almonds, charcuterie plate (a mix of delicious meats, cheeses and salad items) and tasty crepes.
To top it all off, indulge in some mouth-watering molten chocolate fudge cake for a perfect end to the night.
