Best restaurants - Nightlife in Santaigo deChile
As the name suggests, Le Bistrot uses French cuisine influences to create traditional dishes of the upmost quality and freshness, brining you a casual and economical dining experience; a guarantee made by head chef Gaetan Eonet. In 2010, Eonet launched ‘Bistromania’, a simple proposal that encouraged the finest cooking practices and French classics to be created within a welcoming atmosphere.
The exciting menu found at Le Bistrot is a delight to the senses, centred on food rich in flavour and aroma, created out of the freshest and finest ingredients available. To top it all off, indulge in some mouth-watering molten chocolate fudge cake for a perfect end to the night.
