Panchita is the new Peruvian restaurant that has just been installed in Nueva
Costanera. One in charge of the commercial group linked to Gaston Acurio, the
Peruvian chef who has Peruvian cuisine as his flag.
In this new restaurant, Acurio has a renowned ally: Martha Palacios, the cook who was chosen as Best Chef, at the Luces de Peru Awards and who in Panchita is the head chef.
With his arrival, Palacios brings to Chile all the mischief and seasoning of this restaurant known for its mixture of Creole cuisine, with dishes that compile ancient recipes, very abundant and grilled meats.
