FUKASAWA is the proposal of acclaimed Chilean chef Marcos Baeza, the first restaurant he opens with his twin sons Marcus and Lucas. The name: FUKAsawa, honors his mentor the Japanese master, Naoki Fukasawa.
His proposal includes the best Japanese signature preparations, with truffles, crab, lobster and foie gras, among others, combined with the natural riches of the Chilean coast. The space was conceived by the renowned architect Marcial Cortez-Monroy and the prominent decorator Paula Délano.
