This one began in Athens - Texas, with Fletcher Davis, better known as Uncle Fletch, where, being a potter by profession, he came up with a different and innovative meal for his co-workers. . He took minced meat seasoned with spices and placed it inside two pieces of bread with fresh vegetables and a spicy sauce, thus creating the first hamburger!
Following the legacy of Fletcher Davis, they currently serve burgers and craft beers in a Texas-style atmosphere, with rock & chill music.
