International Italian The Rivoli is the best place in Santiago to appreciate these old and always current culinary virtues. Its menu, along with presenting novelties, is always anchored to the most beloved dishes of the cuisine of Rome and Lazio, such as saltimbocca alla Romana, bruschetta aal pomodoro, the various antipasti with mozzarella, gnocchi alla armatriciana, penne alla arrabiata and, finally, a series of other dishes that are examples of the comfort food that English speakers talk about and that one quickly returns to eat there to console themselves.
