Nolita Isidora was born whose specialty is stuffed pasta and seafood. After the success achieved, a new
Nolita was replicated in the neighborhood of Lastarria, in a more relaxed version and according to the place as a heritage and cultural center of Santiago.
The perfect fusion of Italian-American food made the gastronomic commitment of the brothers an example of Chilean gastronomic entrepreneurship. Working with passion and dedication from the first fruits, Carlos and Pancho inspired vocations and through the years family members joined.
