Italian
Capogrossi was born in Rome, Italy. In 1922, a family founded a picturesque restaurant in the heart of Fiumicino. With almost a century of presence, Capogrossi maintains its essence, its traditional flavors and the classic recipes of grandmother Filomena, icon of Roman cuisine, intact.
100 years after its inauguration, its charm travels thousands of kilometers to open its doors in Santiago de Chile, led by the prestigious chefs Andrea Bernardi and Fernanda Fuentes, both currently awarded Michelin stars in their restaurant Nub (Canary Islands).
In this new restaurant, our chefs come to fuse the tradition of grandmother Filomena, her memories and cultural roots, with her modernity and gastronomic innovation, always maintaining the unbreakable flavors of the Italian Mediterranean diet.
