Directions to Baco
Great location, pleasant ambience and decor inspired by Chilean wines, so is Baco Vino y BistrO - a restaurant stripped of French cuisine that is off the 'turisti' route.
The wines are the highlight of the letter and most of the labels can be tasted by the glass, allowing the customer to try more than one strain.
The interesting thing is that in the base of the cup they put the identification of the wine and the year of the vintage. It also has delicious sparkling wines! On the walls we see plaques with labels and awards from wineries. There are hand-written pictures of the wines on the menu and a sign advising that there is no wi- fi.
The dishes are always tasty. Mouth watering! Besides the delicious food, the wines are priced right and the service always impeccable!
