Si tratta di un intero isolato delimitato da Avenida Vitacura, Alonso de Córdova, Francisco de Aguirre e Pedro de Villagra, dove i fratelli Max, Domingo e Juan Pablo Raide hanno acquisito e trasformato diverse attività che includono ristoranti, un café, una gelateria, una boutique e persino un teatro.

Il quartiere prende il nome dal famoso ristorante europeo che operava lì, che è sempre stato un punto d'incontro per persone influenti, e che è stato aggiornato dai fratelli Raide con una cucina di alta qualità a prezzi ragionevoli per la sua estrema qualità.

L'Europeo è l'epicentro del quartiere, ma al suo interno c'è il Bar Jardín Secreto, dove spicca un menu di cucina giapponese con sushi di alta classe, e accanto Casa Las Cujas, un ristorante che ha origini a Cachagua e dove oggi si mangiano alcuni dei più freschi frutti di mare di Santiago e Osteria Italiana Maiori.
