The reason? Not only are the bases made by the chef himself, but he uses only natural ingredients – no chemicals, artificial colors or preservatives – and premium products such as Madagascar vanilla, cocoa of at least 60%, of Peruvian and Ecuadorian origin; Sicilian pistachios; in addition to herbs that give it an original touch, such as rosemary, tarragon and lemon verbena; among others.
All nuts are roasted directly on the premises and, by the way, the cream-based ice creams are matured there for 12 or 24 hours. The result? Ice creams with an incredibly soft and velvety texture, with an intense and delicious flavor, that do not melt immediately on the palate or leave a greasy finish.
