The Concha y Toro Wine Center begins with a fascinating tour through the 22-hectare centennial park and the exterior of the iconic Don Melchor House, dating back to 1883. At this point, visitors can admire the original architecture of the site, which faithfully preserves the essence of its era—fully immersing them in Chile’s rich winemaking history. Next, the tour takes visitors to explore the new Casillero del Diablo Sensory Experience, where they’ll learn more about Chile and the unique conditions that make it an ideal place for wine production, as well as gain insight into the wine itself and its production process. In addition, new rooms dedicated to the iconic Casillero del Diablo brand highlight its journey and significance within the company, before leading to the Centennial Underground Casillero del Diablo Cellar. The journey then continues to the Alto Aging Cellar, a space dedicated to the aging of Concha y Toro’s high-end wines. Here, visitors can explore an exclusive gallery that showcases four major milestones in the winery’s history, emphasizing its legacy and enduring influence. ...its global significance in the world of viticulture. From the Concha y Toro Lookout, visitors can enjoy a stunning panoramic view of the Pirque vineyard and explore the Varietal Garden, which showcases the main Vitis vinifera varieties used by the global wine industry. Here, they will also have the opportunity to taste four outstanding wines from the company. The tour continues at the Concha y Toro Plaza, a space dedicated to wine, gastronomy, and art. In this area, visitors can discover the iconic Concha y Toro Cellar and enhance their visit with a food and wine pairing experience at the Bodega 1883 Restaurant or at the Gran Barra Bodega 1883, where they can enjoy an extensive selection of the winery’s wines.
