Description

This 3-day, 5-tour 'pack' to Discover Atacama will be done as follows: The first tour to the HIDDEN LAGOONS OF BALTINACHE can be done at 7:00 AM (with return to the center at approx. 12:00 PM) or 2:00 PM (with return to the center at approx. 6:00 PM) You'll be picked up at the specified accommodation and proceed to the tour point, where you'll visit the following spots: - Hidden Lagoons - Llano de la Paciencia (Patience Plain) The AM tour includes breakfast and the PM tour includes a cocktail, and both shift options include transfer, ticket and guide. *Bring a towel, wear a bathing suit, apply sunscreen before leaving the hotel to avoid contaminating the lagoon, and bring 1L of drinking water per person The second tour on the first day will be the ASTRONOMICAL TOUR, with pick-up at a meeting point in the center of San Pedro de Atacama and return to the indicated hotel (the tour lasts approximately 2.5 hours) The astronomical experience includes: - 2 professional photos per person - 2 telescopes - Appetizer table - Guide - Transfer The second day will start with San Pedro's favorite tour, at 7:00 AM (with hotel pick-up and return to the center at 4:30 PM): PIEDRAS ROJAS, ALTIPLANIC LAGOONS AND CHAXA LAGOON. This tour is a full day and includes breakfast and lunch, all tickets, transfer, guide, and we'll visit the following points: - Piedras Rojas - Altiplanic Lagoons (Miscanti and Miniques) - Laguna Chaxa (Flamingos National Reserve) - Tropic of Capricorn The first tour on the third day and the fourth tour of the 'pack' is the GEYSER DEL TATIO. We'll pick you up at your accommodation before dawn at 4:30 AM (return to the center around 11:30 AM). Places you'll visit: - Geysers del Tatio geothermal field (third largest in the world) - Machuca Village - Putana Wetland The tour includes breakfast and a ticket. *Temperatures in summer can drop to -10 degrees and in winter to -20 degrees The last tour will be the iconic and classic VALLE DE LA LUNA. With departure in the afternoon, depending on the season, it can be either 3:30 p.m. at the hotel with a return to the center around 8:00 p.m., or 2:00 p.m. at the hotel with a return to the center around 6:30 p.m. You'll visit: - Duana Mayor - Amphitheater - Tres Marias - Ckari Lookout - Salt Mountain Range *Tour includes transfer, guide, ticket, and cocktail. *There's a 40-minute walk, and it's always recommended to bring at least 1 liter of water per person and a jacket for the end. *At certain times of the year, you can watch the sunset on the tour, but since it depends on weather events, it's a part of the tour we can't confirm.

• We can't change the order of the tours because the itinerary is set up with low-altitude tours on the first day, gradually increasing over the days to avoid altitude sickness.
