Description

Upon arrival, I will personally welcome you to a traditional Atacameño house located in the heart of the San Pedro de Atacama oasis. This will be our first opportunity to get to know each other, talk, and start discovering the place from a local perspective. Before starting the tour, I'll give you a brief explanation about the sound, the gongs, the bowls, and the frequencies that are part of the session you'll receive, so that you can understand which instruments we'll use and how the experience will unfold. Then we'll begin a walk through the forest, discovering its trees and hidden corners while getting to know some of the oasis's characteristic nature. Depending on the season, we may taste some fruits from native trees that we find during the tour, connecting with this space in a close and authentic way. Then we'll arrive at the location where the session will take place. You'll settle in comfortably among the trees, and an approximately one-hour sound journey will begin. I'll use gongs, bowls, drums, bells, and other instruments to create an immersive experience in which sounds and vibrations blend with the natural sounds of the forest, the wind, and the birds that accompany us. At the end of the session, we won't simply finish the activity and leave. We'll have a quiet moment to gradually come back, talk, and share our feelings. Each participant will have the opportunity to express what they felt, what they discovered, or what this experience meant to them, creating a personal and intimate conclusion. More than a wellness activity, this is an invitation to get to know a special corner of San Pedro de Atacama from a local perspective: entering an Atacameño house, walking through a forest within the oasis, learning about its fruits and nature, and finally letting yourself be enveloped by sound in a place that very few travelers have the opportunity to discover.
