Description
The trek begins at 8:00 a.m. with a hotel pickup in Putre. This medium-high difficulty route spans 8 to 10 hours, reaching a maximum altitude of 4,900 meters, so prior acclimatization is essential.
As you hike through Jurassic Gorge, you will see wildlife adapted to desert and mountain climates. Halfway through, take a break for a picnic featuring sandwiches, nuts, chocolate, and natural juices.
After the break, continue to the village of Socoroma before returning to your starting point. The return to Putre is expected between 4:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m.
