The tour starts at the Chileandes agency, located at Calle Pedro Lagos #240, Puerto Río Tranquilo, on the Carretera Austral. Participants are transferred to the bay for a gear check, safety briefing, and kayaking orientation with route explanations.

Once on the water, you will paddle through the Capillas, Catedral, and Marble Caves areas before returning to the bay and then to Puerto Río Tranquilo.

The tour includes professional technical equipment such as windbreaker jackets, life jackets, paddles, spray skirts, and Wilderness Systems kayaks. Transfers between the agency and the bay are provided. A certified guide fluent in Spanish and English will lead the trip.
