Description
A full-day experience to discover the winter landscapes of Villarrica National Park, snowshoeing through native forests and along mountain trails.
The snowshoes will allow us to walk over snowy terrain and access spots that take on a unique atmosphere during the winter season. We'll walk among Araucarias, Lengas, and Coihues, passing through silent forests, ancient lava fields, mountain lagoons, and natural vantage points.
Depending on the snow conditions and the area chosen, we'll be able to enjoy sweeping views of the Villarrica and Lanín volcanoes, glaciers, and the Andes Mountains. During the tour, the ancient araucaria trees will be the stars of the landscape, along with the chance to spot birds native to the Andean forest, such as the Magellanic woodpecker. We'll take breaks to admire the surroundings, enjoy the experience, and recharge our batteries. At one of these stops, we'll share a lunch surrounded by nature and unique landscapes.
