Park Araucano

Parque Araucano is one of the largest green areas in the commune of Las Condes in Santiago and has an area of ​​more than 22 hectares. In the park there are many areas with sports fields, skatepark, large trees and a large playground in the center of park.There are games for all ages, from small children with baby swings to large climbing nets where older children develop their gross motor skills. The latter are in a sand area where you can also carry buckets and enjoy playing.Near the games there are two birdhouses and one of them, which is very large, has an interior passageway where children can go through the center of the birds. The children enjoyed looking at the different species there are.In addition, in this place there are the Dancing Waters, where you can wear a bathing suit and enjoy several jets of water that come from the ground with lights and to the rhythm of music.In this same central sector of the park there are several tables with benches and an awning that are ready for families who want to have a picnic.
