Description
We'll pick you up early at your accommodation to begin an unforgettable experience heading into the Andes Mountains, one of the most impressive natural landscapes in Chile. Before starting the ascent, we'll stop at a specialized snow equipment rental center, as well as for breakfast (optional), which is ideal for starting the day with energy.
Then we'll start the journey along the G-21 route, a spectacular mountain road with more than 40 curves that will take us through unique landscapes surrounded by native flora and fauna. During the ascent, we'll make a stop at a panoramic vantage point, from where you can enjoy a privileged view of the city of Santiago and the foothills, ideal for photographs.
We'll continue to Farellones, the oldest mountain village in the area, where you'll learn about its traditional houses, shelters, and its history linked to the development of snow tourism in Chile.
Later, we'll visit the El Colorado ski resort, where you'll have the opportunity to enjoy the surroundings, go up to its panoramic terraces, have a hot chocolate ☕, and experience the snow.
Then we'll head to La Parva, renowned for its stunning views of the mountain range and its exclusive atmosphere, ideal for enjoying the tranquility of the high mountains.
The experience continues towards Valle Nevado, the most modern ski resort in South America. Here you'll have about 2 hours of free time to enjoy the surroundings, walk in the snow, take pictures, and experience the mountain range at its finest.
On the way down, we'll make a stop in Farellones, where you'll have the option to have lunch (optional) in a mountain setting before returning to the city.
In addition, this sightseeing tour offers you the possibility of spending the full day at Parque Farellones, Valle Nevado, El Colorado, or La Parva, ideal for those who want to extend their experience in the snow and enjoy activities such as tubing, ziplining, skiing, or snowboarding.
This tour combines adventure, nature, culture, and unforgettable landscapes, making it one of the best experiences to get to know the Andes Mountains at any time of the year.
