Created in 1995, this
Museum brings together about 400 pieces, which not only represent the history of the
Church of Concepción, but also the peninsula, associated with the different
cathedrals that the city has had, the art of different eras, the use of Latin, the ancient liturgical vestments and the visit of Pope John Paul II to Concepción.
Between the
Cathedral of Concepcion and the office of the Parish of the Tabernacle is the
Museum of Religious Art of the Catholic University of the Blessed Conception. It shows a great photograph of John Paul II of that time and the Bishops of Concepcion, and a showcase of memories that many people have helped create, in addition to a sample of the earthenware game that the Lozapenco factory gave to his Holiness on that occasion.
