Description

Depart your Santiago hotel and travel 120 km through the Curacavi Valley to the Pacific coast. En route, stop at the traditional Millahue hostelry to sample 'chicha,' a typical Chilean drink.

In Valparaiso, explore the colorful hillside houses and landmarks including Victoria Square, Sotomayor Square, the naval heroes monument, and the May 21st Lookout. Walk through the hills using one or two of the city’s elevators or explore the bay area on foot.

Next, visit Viña del Mar, known as the Garden City. See the floral clock, the Casino, and Reñaca Beach, where you will have free time for lunch at your own expense and to relax on the beach.
