Description
Depart Santiago at 7:00 AM and drive approximately two hours to San José de Maipo, passing through Maipo Canyon. Upon arrival, embark on a 2-hour, 4-kilometer round-trip hike to a viewpoint overlooking the active San José de Maipo volcano, one of the region’s most geologically dynamic sites.
At 12:30 PM, enjoy lunch accompanied by a glass of wine. Then continue to Baños Colina hot springs, situated around 100 kilometers from Santiago at 2,500 meters above sea level. Relax in natural thermal pools with temperatures reaching 50°C, surrounded by panoramic Andean mountain views.
Return to Santiago starting at 3:30 PM, with an approximate drop-off time of 7:00 PM.
