Description

The tour starts with pickup from hotels located in the urban area of San Pedro de Atacama. The group then travels to the entrance of the Puritama River Canyon to begin a 40-minute trek, stopping to appreciate and photograph the impressive surrounding landscape. As the group moves forward, you will discover the area’s distinctive desert flora and fauna before arriving at Purilibre’s natural pools for a well-deserved chance to relax. Afterward, return to the van for the journey back to San Pedro de Atacama.

  • The group will reach 3,000 meters above sea level, and the 40-minute trek can be demanding for some people, but it is manageable
