Description
The experience begins the day before with an equipment check, gear fitting, and safety briefing at the Terra Volcano agency. On the activity day, meet at 4:00 AM for transfer to Conguillío National Park. You will ascend through ancient araucaria forests, volcanic terrain, and snow-covered slopes.
Depending on weather and group performance, the goal is to reach the upper slopes or summit of Volcán Llaima (3,125 m). Enjoy panoramic views of Sierra Nevada and nearby volcanoes like Lonquimay, Villarrica, Quetrupillán, and Lanín. The day ends with an off-piste descent on volcanic snow and return to Terra Volcano agency around 10:00 PM. The conclusion includes pisco sour and snacks.
