- Tours and transport do not serve accommodations outside San Pedro urban area or in nearby ayllus (Quitor, Yaye, Checar, Sequitor, Solor, and Coyo) or Toconao village.
- Purchase Moon Valley entry tickets online via Punto Ticket at least one day before the tour by 6:00 PM. Tour guides check tickets at pick-up; no ticket means no participation and no refund.
- Other entrance fees must be paid in Chilean pesos on the day of the respective tours.
