Day 1: Valley of the Moon Tour
Pickup between 2:00 p.m. and 2:40 p.m.
Includes cocktail; does not include entrance ticket ($10,800 CLP).
Visit Tres Marías, the Canyon, the Amphitheater, and Licantay viewpoint to experience the desert landscape at sunset.
What to bring: Comfortable shoes, sun hat, sunglasses, sunscreen, and water.
Day 2: Cejar Lagoon Tour
2:30 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Includes snack; entrance tickets not included ($20,000 CLP).
Visit Laguna Cejar, Laguna Piedra, Ojos del Salar, and Laguna Tebinquinche to see turquoise waters and desert scenery.
What to bring: Comfortable shoes, sun hat, swimsuit, towel, sunglasses, sunscreen, water, and cash for tickets.
Day 2: Astronomical Tour
Pickup between 9:00 p.m. and 9:30 p.m.
Includes cocktail, hot drinks, and astrophotography session.
Observe one of the clearest night skies for astronomical viewing.
What to bring: Warm clothing, comfortable shoes, hat, and gloves. Subject to weather conditions.
Day 3: Tatio Geyser Tour
Pickup between 4:30 a.m. and 5:10 a.m.
Includes breakfast; entrance ticket not included ($15,000 CLP).
Witness 80 active geysers at 4,200 meters altitude within a unique natural environment.
What to bring: Warm clothing, comfortable shoes, hat, sunglasses, sunscreen, water, and cash for tickets.
Additional Information
- Transfers and tours do not operate to accommodations outside San Pedro de Atacama urban radius, ayllus (Quitor, Yaye, Checar, Sequitor, Solor, Coyo), or Toconao town.
- Valley of the Moon entrance tickets must be purchased online at least one day before the tour by 6:00 p.m. via Punto Ticket: https://compras.puntoticket.com/tickets/valle-de-la-luna. Passengers without tickets cannot join the tour, and refunds will not be issued.
- Other park entrance tickets are paid in cash (Chilean pesos) on the day of the respective excursion.
