If you love ice cream, then you probably know Oggi, the ice cream parlor that has been in Providencia since 2018 and is among the best in Santiago.
That's because there the Sicilian couple Roberto and Francesca make delicious artisanal ice creams, with 100% natural ingredients, selected according to seasonality, without industrial products and fewer colorings and preservatives.
In fact, Oggi is an acronym and means Officina Gelato Gusto Italiano, which is also the name of the ice cream parlor that started about eight years ago in the city of Udine, in northern Italy, and that later expanded with other locations in that country, in addition to one in Barcelona, the same one where Roberto worked.
That's why you find the same quality here: the ice creams are made from scratch on the premises, with nuts brought from Italy, such as hand-roasted Piedmont hazelnut nocciola, for example, and from fresh milk from Melipilla.
