El Todo Azul is the artisanal ice cream parlor that Carolina Godoy opened in March 2015 in the heart of the El Golf neighborhood.
The same one that later added a branch in Tabancura and that has now just opened a third location in the Italia neighborhood, on the corner of José Manuel Infante and Clemente Fabres.
There, it maintains the style that has made it famous, that of a neighborhood ice cream parlor, which focuses on seasonal flavors and the quality of the raw materials.
In fact, the ice cream is made right there and the master ice cream maker, Manolo, worked in the defunct Café del Ópera ice cream parlor on Merced Street.
Furthermore, like a good artisanal ice cream shop, at El Toldo Azul the variety of ice cream changes daily. You can find options such as happy cherimoya, berries, white chocolate with delicacy, salted caramel or Nutella, for example, and others that point directly to the emotional memory, such as vanilla.
