Este começou em Atenas - Texas, com Fletcher Davis, mais conhecido como Tio Fletch, onde, sendo um oleiro por profissão, ele criou uma refeição diferente e inovadora para seus colegas de trabalho. Ele pegou carne moída temperada com especiarias e a colocou dentro de dois pedaços de pão com vegetais frescos e um molho apimentado, criando assim o primeiro hambúrguer!

Seguindo o legado de Fletcher Davis, atualmente servimos hambúrgueres e cervejas artesanais em um ambiente no estilo do Texas, com música rock & chill.
