Das Sebastiana-Museum verfügt über ein Audio-Guide-System. Dieses neue System, im Eintrittspreis inbegriffen, ist in Englisch, Französisch, Deutsch, Portugiesisch und Spanisch verfügbar.


 
Für den Besuch der Museums-Häuser der Pablo Neruda-Stiftung ist keine Vorreservierung erforderlich. Besucher werden nach Verfügbarkeit täglich in der Reihenfolge des Eintreffens empfangen. Nur Besuche von Schulen müssen im Voraus gebucht werden.
