Vores historie Restaurant Ambrosia blev født i 2003 på Merced Street på en terrasse bag Casa Colorada-museet, på Plaza de Armas. Bazán Bañados-familien starter fra Bankett til Restauranter under kommandoen fra Luz Maria Bañados, og hendes datter Carolina Bazán, der for nylig er uddannet fra gastronomisk skole, tager sig af køkkenet. Restauranten skiller sig snart ud og etablerer sig som en reference til frokost i hovedstadens civile center. I næsten ni år. I 2011 opstod ændringen fra Centrum til den østlige sektor af Santiago, til Pamplona-gaden, i et boligkvarter og fjernt fra gastronomikredsløbet. Satsningen i den nye Ambrosia er at levere en høj gastronomisk oplevelse i et familiært og indbydende miljø. En menu der skifter dagligt med fokus på friske sæsonbestemte ingredienser, et varieret udvalg af vine, god musik, en smuk have og kærlighed til det vi gør… Velkommen til den nye Bistronomi i Santiago
