The resto-bar Piso Uno marks the return of chef Jose Ozaki, one of the most talented exponents of Nikkei cuisine in our country. In this space, the creator of the Nikkei Republic has also put together a letter that explores the fusion of oriental flavors with Peruvian dressings and Chilean products.

The result is tremendously creative, surprising, and tasty dishes.
